Productiwity ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered workspace that helps teams make faster, better-informed decisions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at productiwity.com and any associated services.

By using Productiwity, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk), we collect your name, email address, and profile information. If you join or create an organization, we also store organization-level details.

Chat and AI Interaction Data

We store your chat conversations, messages, and AI-generated responses to provide and improve the service. Your conversations are sent to third-party AI model providers via OpenRouter for processing. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Files and Documents

Files you upload to your knowledge base or workspace are stored securely using cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). We generate embeddings of your documents to enable semantic search and AI-powered retrieval within your workspace.

Connected Services (OAuth)

When you connect third-party services such as Google (Gmail, Drive), Slack, or other integrations, we receive and temporarily process data from those services as authorized by the OAuth scopes you approve. This data is used only to fulfill the actions you request through the AI assistant.

Usage and Analytics Data

We collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and performance metrics through PostHog and Vercel Analytics. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and improve the experience.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. We receive and store transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing history for account management.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Productiwity platform
• Process your chat messages through AI models to generate responses
• Store and retrieve your files and documents
• Execute actions on connected third-party services at your request
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

4. Third-Party Services

Productiwity relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• OpenRouter — AI model routing and inference
• Cloudflare R2 — File and document storage
• Dodo Payments — Payment processing and billing
• PostHog — Product analytics
• Vercel — Hosting, deployment, and edge analytics

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with server-side encryption. Document embeddings used for semantic search are stored using pgvector and are derived from your uploaded content.

OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage. Runtime code execution for integrations occurs in sandboxed environments with isolated permissions.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

7. Cookies and Analytics
